Ivaylo Getov, Director
Born in Bulgaria raised in Los Angeles, and now living in New York
City, Ivaylo Getov is finishing up his fourth year at NYU, majoring in
film production with a minor in Philosophy. Ivaylo has also studied
documentary filmmaking in Havana, Cuba with the prestigious Ludwig
Foundation and directed a short experimental documentary there. In
addition to directing numerous narrative shorts, Ivaylo has also worked
as a Cinematographer on a variety of projects, including work for IFC, MTV2, and GOOD Magazine, the latest of which screened on PBS's POV documentary program. His work can be seen at www.ivaylogetov.com.

Greg T. Gordon, Producer
A third year film major at New York University, Greg has written and
directed dozens of short films, and is currently producing several
projects for other emerging filmmakers at the Tisch School of the Arts.
Greg brings a wide variety of production experience to the team of
“Pose”, having worked extensively as a writer, director, producer,
actor, and editor. He has interned for Focus Features, produced for
AmericanLife TV, and is currently interning for producer Jeff Sharp at
Sharp Independent. An aspiring director and producer, Greg thrives on
collaboration and creation, and simply loves to tell great stories.

Nick Mohammed, Producer
Originally from Long Island, just outside of Queens, Nick is no stranger to NYC's many charms. Nick has been working on the production end of film making since his late arrival on the scene his sophomore year. Though a biology major, Nick has produced, assistant directed, line produced, and art assisted on over a dozen student and independent shoots. Nick is currently in his senior year at New York University and will graduate with a Minor in Producing for Film in the spring of 2009. Nick has been involved with the project since its conception and is looking forward to seeing it come together. |

Matt Mitchell, Director of Photography
Matt Mitchell was born in Queens NY, and raised in CT. A recent
graduate of NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, Matt majored in
Cinematography. In only a few years he has shot over 25 films, music
videos, and commercials, and has won two awards for directing as well.
In 2007 Matt shot 35mm in the Czech Republic at the acclaimed FAMU
International film school in Prague. A short he recently shot,
“Asshole,” was recently accepted as an official selection to Sundance.
He is currently a freelance DP, and resides in Park Slope, Brooklyn.

Charlotte Royer, Production Designer
Charlotte Royer is a fireman’s daughter brought up among artists, drag
queens, sailors, acupuncturists, and various other drunks in the
strange and magical town of Portland, Maine. She is a writer, director,
and production designer of no great renown (yet) and has managed to
cheat death several times. In addition to writing and directing several
recognized short films, Charlotte has traveled to South Africa as an
independent documentary director and worked as a Production Designer
and Art Director on scads of short films-- from science fiction epics
to period dramas. Her forays into stop-motion have been featured at
Tisch’s Animation Showcase, and she is currently in pre-production for
her thesis film, titled “Tangimbili”

Amelia Steely, Original Artwork
Born and raised in Dallas, Amelia Steely has studied Fine Art at Pratt Institute and the New York Studio School. She has experience in figurative sculpture, printmaking, welding, drawing, and painting. Amelia has worked with the Museum of Modern Art, PS1 MoMA, and Slate Gallery, as well as the Crow Collection of Asian Art in Dallas. In addition to working as an Art Director on numerous independent and commercial shorts, she is currently working on her final thesis project at Pratt. Her work can be seen at www.ameliasteely.com.

Amanda Rohlke, Producer
A North Carolina native and recent graduate from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, Amanda has produced dozens of short films on both the student and independent level. She has held internships in production and at 20th Century Fox along with teaching filmmaking skills to kids at UCLA, Pepperdine, and UC Irvine. During a cross-country road adventure with Ivaylo, he up and decided he wanted to finish this film in California, so Amanda jumped on board to help with the West Coast logistical side of things since she now resides in Los Angeles.
